Glenn Durkin has been a General Contractor in the Insurance Disaster Restoration and Residential and Commercial Construction Management industries for 25 years. In the past 5 years, he has provided mostly construction estimating services to General Contractors, Business Owners, Insurance Adjusters, Condominium Corporations and Home Owners.

 

He teaches estimating and project management, as well as provides marketing & sales and business development services to business owners who are ready to go to the next level.

 

GD Consulting is the third incarnation and natural evolutionary step forwards from previously owning and managing Suburban Restorations ( Markham, ON ) and SPICA Construction Management ( Toronto, ON )

 

Glenn is talented in many area’s however truly shines when helping property owners and insurance adjusters solve some of the most unusual and difficult restoration challenges faced by industry professionals daily.
